High quality ham from pigs of 50% Iberian breed, comes from pure Iberian pigs (100% Iberian) crossed with pigs of the durac breed. These pigs have been raised in freedom and fed with the natural resources of the meadows (olives, chestnuts, cereals, legumes, ...) and with few or no acorns.
Pink to purple red, veined and consistent cut. Its meat has a delicate flavor with a very aromatic and fluid interior fat, melting in the mouth flooding the palate with an incomparable flavor full of matrices, intense and prolonged.
Founded in 1962, Dompal produces and markets Iberian and Serrano hams and sausages. It has its own dryer in Jabugo of about 5,000 square meters and capacity for more than 200,000 hams and shoulders.
