Texture and colour
Firm texture, the bark has a natural colour and the cut yellowing due to the long yellow ripening, with the presence of some mechanical eyes.

Flavor and smell
Intense, persistent and slightly spicy.

Conservation and consumption recommendations
• Open the bag under vacuum a few hours before consuming it.
• Once opened, store in a dry, cool place and in a non-tight closed container.
• It is not recommended to keep in a refrigerator since it loses aromas and is dried by cutting.
• Optimum consumption temperature: 20º - 25º C
